Posted this yesterday in a reply but posting here again because I think this is something new ya'll and HAVE TO SHARE IT!! :) I've been working on this relentlessly fam, I've got a new theory of muscle knot release from the use of mind/muscle connection. From simply imagining flexing & moving the knotted seized muscle. Close your eyes, sit there it quiet, tap the muscle with your finger, try to isolate it in your mind, and then focus in on that particular knot and try to flex, extend, WIGGLE that muscle in a fashion like a bouncing electron. Your mind will send a signal that it has control again and will stop immediately the electrical impulse that has been keeping it knotted & seized the whole time. It really is that easy, massage, trigger point manual release techniques, foam rolling, needling, electrostim, etc...ALL DO THE SAME THING through various modalities....THIS cuts STR8 to the epicenter of the issue. The actual feeling of a muscle releasing from simply trying to wiggle it is NOTHING short of orgasmic when it finally gives up and relaxes. It sounds like paper ripping and popcorn popping on the bigger deeper pelvic knots (which include my whole pelvic floor & associated muscles). It's the strangest thing. Telling that specic muscle and those billion cells within it to calm down. "Hey, you can relax we're all good, it was just a bump, there was never a war little psoas muscle. Calm down soldier". The longer you've had the knot/ injury the longer it'll take to release from this method but I'm talking hours...not days. My technique is highly mentally taxing. Like learning an abstract math concept for the 1st time. Those that are adept at weight lifting and have already established the neural patterns for a high mind/muscle connection can benefit most easily from this. However this is applicable for any animal with a properly functioning nervous system. Hit me with questions. I've had 20+ years of extreme sports, weightlifting and motorcycle accidents and my knots and tears run straight to my spinal attachments. Its taken me those 20 years to pinpoint my exact muscles that need attention and there were DOZENS of them that each needed to be released 1st before I could work on and even 'feel' the lower deeper ones...think a big ball of knotted string. Gotta get the outside unwound before you can get to the core of the issue. SAME with your body so warm it up, light cardio then warm shower then straight to a yoga mat and try to start this up. First find the position you feel that little 'ugh...that twinged' and then start the mind connection to the muscle, isolate it and initiate the wiggle. Keep me posted on any progress. Writing my paper now on this and putting it all into succinct and easily reproducable results ANYONE can utilize at ANYTIME, ANYWHERE you are for immediate muscle release. GO GET THOSE KNOTS TIGERS!! 🥩➰️🚫 😊 DISCLAIMER: Not a Dr. I DO NOT recommend this for human use. Informational purposes only that have worked MARVELOUSLY on my own body.

Hello, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Uzbekistan. I've had allergic pharyngitis for 3 months and it's not getting better. The soles of my feet and my toes ache and sting. It's been like this for 1 month. When I pinch my toes, it feels like a stinger, and the sensitivity is increased. If I squeeze the surface of the fingers, the skin itches as if burned. In remoprobe, c is reactive + Rheumofactor - Aslo streptolysin +++ came out, penicillin was prescribed for 5 days, then bicillin was prescribed for 2 months. It's been 6 days since the penicillin finished but the above symptoms are not getting better. What do you advise? are these symptoms neuropathy or rheumatism. What analyzes are needed to clarify?

I think this is what is giving me incredible tight mid back pain. All the way from my upper back to my low back and i feel it referring to my si joint which ia dysfunctional. I also gave psoas dysfunction. My tva isnt strong at all. So my my other back myscles have to be recruited. And i learned the abs go all the way up to the upper back! I didnt know that! That explains so mich about all my back and si joint dysfunction. The other thing is I have had and still have some fibrous tissue on those areas and I think some of that is my fault for using ice. I think ice is not my friend. It's not helping the spasms. It's making it worse. It's probably developing these fibrous tissue on the spine! That's my pain! So I'm wondering if the fibrous tissue and the erector spinae are related, as I'm having pain from my upper back to my low back and si joint ofc. It's all starting to make sense. I feel it right next to the spine. I've had acupuncture treatment and it hurt like hell and I never asked an acupuncturist to take out a needle but I had to for this. It was the worst pain I've ever felt. I cant handle acu on those spots next to the spine. It's a 12/10 pain. I need other ways to get it out.

We understand your concern! Treating trigger points can cause some discomfort, but it shouldn't be excessively painful. The goal is to apply enough pressure to release the tension without causing injury. If it hurts too much, ease off a bit and gradually increase pressure. Always listen to your body! 😊
